Refund & Returns Policy

Sovereign LXI is committed to providing high-quality skincare products. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, Sovereign LXI does not accept returns of opened or used skincare products, except where the product is defective as defined under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Only products purchased directly from sovereignlxi.co.za are eligible for return under this policy.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, spas, marketplaces, or platforms must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

 

2. Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you believe a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email clear photographs of the product and your order number to: hello@sovereignlxi.co.za

Once assessed and approved, we will issue a refund in accordance with CPA guidelines.

If a product is confirmed defective, Sovereign LXI will arrange return collection or reimburse reasonable courier costs.

Please do not discard the item, as we may request its return for quality assurance purposes.

 

3. Non-Defective Returns

For approved non-defective returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return courier costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

 

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products (unless confirmed defective)
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Products that are significantly used or nearly empty
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, dropping, spilling, theft, or improper storage
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping and handling fees (unless required by law)
